Jaipur: Nagaur MP and Rashtriya Loktantrik Party (RLP) convenor Hanuman Beniwal on Thursday night announced an alliance with Chandrashekhar Azad-led Azad Samaj Party (Kanshi Ram) for the November 25 assembly elections in Rajasthan. This announcement was made in a joint press conference at Beniwal’s residence.
He emphasized that both the parties will unite and fight the elections like a family. Beniwal targeted both Congress and BJP and said that the alliance of RLP and Azad Samaj Party will win votes against BJP and Congress. The joint effort is expected to have a significant impact on multiple constituencies, he said.
RLP currently has three MLAs and one MP. Azad said that there is no conflict on seat sharing with RLP. Beniwal said that the first list of candidates will be released soon.
